How Hormones Affect Your Mind
Your hormones affect more than your body — they affect your mind. Hormonal shifts during perimenopause and menopause can impact how you think, remember, and manage stress.
The good news? It doesn’t have to be that way. We look at the root causes, create a personalized plan, and help your mind return to calm, focus, and clarity.
With ongoing care, you can support long-term emotional stability, sharpen your memory, reduce brain fog, and improve how you handle stress — so your mind stays resilient for years to come.

FAQs
Who is Corla Health for?
If you are experiencing symptoms of menopause, perimenopause, or estrogen loss then Corla Health is for you.
What is included in the cost of the membership?
Your membership covers unlimited virtual access to your personal clinician, all necessary appointments, a care plan tailored to your individual needs, access to our trusted referral network, and more. Any medications or labs your plan may involve are billed separately and are often covered by insurance.
Why is the first month free?
Because we know you’ve likely been let down by the healthcare system before. We don’t want cost to be a barrier to finding out if this is the right fit for you — so we’d rather you experience the care first and decide from there.
Can I really contact my clinician anytime?
Absolutely! No more phone tag. Your clinician is with you every step of the way, not just during your appointments together. You can contact your clinician via secure messaging anytime and she will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Why is this important?
Because you deserve to have your symptoms taken seriously and addressed. Perimenopause & menopause can have a huge effect on your overall wellbeing and often come with serious health consequences. Despite all of this, these symptoms are frequently overlooked. Not on our watch. Not anymore. In getting care, you’re seeing to it that you get what you deserve. And the good news is, you don’t have to just live with it.
Do you accept insurance?
For treatments, we can work with your insurance!
The cost of your membership is separate from treatment costs and is not covered under insurance.
I'm outside of California — can I book an appointment?
We are only able to see patients physically located in California — please book your appointment for a time you will be in-state.
